From yoga-curious to yoga-master, Yoga Journal Magazine’s annual conference in Estes Park offers something for everyone. Take advantage of the beautiful settings of the YMCA of the Rockies, which hosts the conference, by signing up for Yoga & Hiking or Yoga & Rock Climbing.

Start your Yoga & Hiking all-day intensive class with a morning practice to awaken and prepare your body for a mid-day hike through Rocky Mountain National Park. Led by North Face athletes, the hike follows trails that wind uphill for an amazing view of the valley and the YMCA of the Rockies. Watch for elk in nearby meadows and enjoy lunch after taking in the scenery. Wrap up the day with a final yoga practice in one of the many on-site cabins.

For the ever adventurous yogi, Yoga & Rock Climbing offers a truly unique experience. Team Yogaslackers leads this all-day intensive class that starts with an indoor morning practice before heading out to climb in the Jurrasic Park area above Lily Lake. Connect with the ground below you in an outdoor mid-day practice right on the rock surface (no yoga mats), and later as you climb to the top of various routes for breathtaking views of Longs Peak.
